Under-Eye Filler in SoHo

Our SoHo studio is on Elizabeth Street in Nolita, on the quieter side of the neighborhood away from Broadway's foot traffic. It's the studio clients most often pair with a Saturday, and it keeps some of our latest weekday availability.

The tear trough is the most technique-sensitive area in cosmetic injectables. The skin is thin, the anatomy is unforgiving, and the difference between a refreshed result and a puffy, blue-tinged one is millimeters. At Plump SoHo only our most experienced injectors treat this area.

We screen carefully. If your concern is a hollow with relatively smooth skin, you are likely a good candidate. If you have significant under-eye bags, loose skin, or fluid retention, filler can make things worse — in those cases we say so and refer out rather than treat.

We use softer, lower-water-binding products to limit swelling, and we underfill deliberately. Results last 9–12 months and are fully reversible with hyaluronidase. Sometimes the right first move is cheek support instead of direct tear-trough filler; your injector will map that out at consultation.
