We use softer, lower-water-binding products to limit swelling, and we underfill deliberately. Results last 9–12 months and are fully reversible with hyaluronidase. Sometimes the right first move is cheek support instead of direct tear-trough filler; your injector will map that out at consultation.

About Under-Eye Filler
Under-eye filler treats the tear trough — the hollow that runs from the inner corner of the eye along the orbital bone. When that area is hollow, light catches the depression and creates the shadow people read as 'tired,' regardless of how much you slept.
This is one of the most technique-sensitive treatments in cosmetic injectables.
