Chin proportion changes how the entire face reads in profile — it lengthens the lower face, sharpens the jaw-to-neck angle, and balances the nose. Plump SoHo assesses chin projection against the lower lip in profile and three-quarter view, because the concern is close to invisible from the front.
We use firm, supportive products — Voluma, Restylane Lyft, and Defyne — placed deep on the bone so they hold shape against constant mentalis movement. Where we build (forward for projection, down for height, wider for squareness) depends entirely on what your profile is missing. A few units of neuromodulator in an overactive mentalis often accompanies the filler.
Most projection-only cases need one syringe at $850 ($750 for members). Two millilitres at $1,700 ($1,500 for members) saves $100 against two singles and is typical when we are lengthening the lower face or adding real width. Pricing is identical at every Plump location.
