Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty in the Upper East Side

Our Uptown studio is on East 60th Street between Second and Third, at the edge of the Upper East Side and Midtown East. It's the most convenient Plump for anyone commuting from Midtown, Sutton Place, Lenox Hill, or Roosevelt Island.

Nose filler works by camouflage and balance rather than reduction. Placing a small amount above and below a dorsal hump creates a straight profile line; a few tenths of a millilitre at the base can rotate a tip that drops when you smile. Most treatments use well under a full syringe.

This is the highest-risk area in cosmetic injectables. The nose has named vessels in close proximity and limited collateral circulation, so Plump Upper East Side restricts non-surgical rhinoplasty to our most experienced injectors, uses cannula and slow low-pressure technique where appropriate, and keeps hyaluronidase on hand at every location.

We decline patients we do not think are good candidates. Prior surgical rhinoplasty, very thin skin, a wide nose where the goal is narrowing, or a request that filler simply cannot deliver all get an honest conversation and, where appropriate, a referral to a surgeon.

Uptown sees the highest share of clients who come in knowing exactly what they want — repeat tox and filler patients, often on a standing schedule.
