Goals differ by patient. A more masculine jaw wants width and a sharper angle; a more refined jaw wants a taut border with minimal added width. We use high-G-prime products like Voluma and Restylane Lyft placed deep on bone, because the jaw is under constant load from chewing.

Jawline filler defines structure. It does not remove submental fat or tighten loose skin, and we will tell you at consultation if what you are seeing is a skin or fat concern rather than a volume one. We also palpate for masseter bulk first — if the width is muscular, neuromodulator is the right tool and filler would make the lower face heavier.
