    The short answer

Botox at Plump SoHo is $16 per unit standard and $14.40/unit for members, with $75 off 50+ units, no consultation fee and a $375 visit minimum. Most first treatments use 30–50 units, so a typical visit runs $480–$725. Appointments take about 20 minutes, results appear in 3–5 days, and last three to four months.

Our SoHo studio is on Elizabeth Street in Nolita, on the quieter side of the neighborhood away from Broadway's foot traffic. It's the studio clients most often pair with a Saturday, and it keeps some of our latest weekday availability.

Plump SoHo treats the full range of neuromodulator work — forehead lines, the glabella (elevens), crow's feet, brow lift, lip flip, gummy smile, chin dimpling, neck bands, and jaw slimming. Botox and Dysport are both stocked, and your injector recommends the product that fits your muscle strength and how quickly you want onset.

Pricing is identical at every Plump: $16/unit · $75 off 50+ units · members 10% off ($14.40/unit for members) · $375 minimum, with no consultation fee. A first forehead-and-elevens treatment is usually 30–50 units depending on muscle mass, which puts most first visits between $480 and $725. We count units out loud before we inject, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.

Every injection is performed by a licensed injector — Physician Associates, Nurse Practitioners, and Registered Nurses working under medical direction. We dose conservatively on a first visit and offer a two-week touch-up assessment (touch-ups are $16/unit), because under-treating and adding is safer than over-treating and waiting it out.

SoHo skews toward clients in their late twenties and thirties booking lips, tox, and skin together — often a first treatment after months of research.

    About Botox

Botox is the umbrella term most patients use for neuromodulators — purified proteins that temporarily relax the small muscles responsible for repetitive facial expressions. Most patients treat the forehead, frown lines between the brows, and crow's feet — the lines that show up first because they're driven by movement, not volume loss.

At Plump we treat neuromodulators as a precision tool, not a blank-check smoother. Our injectors map your facial movement before they touch a syringe, then dose conservatively so your forehead still moves, your eyebrows still arch, and nothing about your face looks frozen or surprised.

We offer every FDA-approved neuromodulator available in the United States, so we can match the product to your anatomy, onset preference, and longevity goals:

    • Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) — the original, most-studied option. Predictable onset around 3–5 days, lasts 3–4 months. • Dysport (abobotulinumtoxinA) — diffuses slightly more, often preferred for larger areas like the forehead. Onset in 2–3 days. • Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxinA) — a 'naked' toxin with no accessory proteins, a good choice for patients who've built resistance to other brands. • Jeuveau (prabotulinumtoxinA) — sometimes called 'Newtox,' developed specifically for aesthetic use. Comparable onset and duration to Botox. • Letybo (letibotulinumtoxinA) — the newest FDA-approved option, widely used internationally with a clean precision profile for the glabella. • Daxxify (daxibotulinumtoxinA) — the longest-lasting option, with results typically holding 3–6 months.

Results start showing in 2–5 days depending on the product, settle at around two weeks, and last anywhere from 3 to 6 months. Pricing is per unit and posted openly — no upsells, no consultation fees if you're booked for treatment.

    Good for

    • Adults bothered by lines from movement (forehead, between the brows, crow's feet)
    • Anyone wanting prevention before deeper lines set in
    • Patients who want a subtle, natural result with preserved expression
    • People comfortable with maintenance every 3–4 months

    Not ideal if

    • Pregnant or breastfeeding patients
    • Active skin infection at the treatment site
    • History of allergic reaction to botulinum toxin
    • Certain neuromuscular conditions — your injector will screen at consultation
