Co-Founder & Chief of Strategy

With a dynamic 25-year entrepreneurial journey, Christina is an innovative brand reimagining design and functionality. Combining expertise in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, and hospitality, Christina offers a distinctive skill set. From manufacturing to sales and project management, Christina has honed an intuitive understanding of the industry’s complex demands.

Alexander L. Blinski MD

Co-Founder, CEO, Trainer

Dr. Alexander Blinski, known as “Dr. B,” began his residency in surgery in Harrisburg, PA, and later completed his family medicine residency in Hoboken, NJ, where he served as Chief of Family Medicine. His mentor is his father, Darryl J. Blinski, M.D., a renowned plastic surgeon. Dr. B is dedicated to educating and overseeing the Plump team, ensuring that every procedure meets the highest standards of care and precision. His extensive medical background in both surgical and primary care adds to his expertise in cosmetic treatments.

Richelle Marty

Partner & COO

Richelle is a seasoned operations & partnerships executive. After attending Rutgers University, she started at the Ian Schrager Company where she assisted in the acquisition of Morgans Hotel Group, earning her account executive of the year in 2016. Prior to Plump, she specialized in expansion for popular wellness companies, such as HigherDOSE.
